The following were resolved:

  • The parishes, districts, states, regions and diocese shall be operated strictly in accordance, and in conformity with the newly approved Organization Structure.

  • All Administrations shall strictly observe the established reporting line.
  • Worship Service shall henceforth reflect the trembling, holiness, reverence and solemnity demanded by God in His Sanctuary:

  • No hand shaking in the altar
  • No eating of anything, including fruits in the altAr
  • No discussion in the altar.
  • No cell-phone usage in the sanctuary.
  • No Spraying of money under any circumstances in the Sanctuary.
  • No Chewing of gums in the Sanctuary of God.
  • Harvest convocation shall be conducted in holiness.

  • No spraying of money under any circumstances
  • Donation envelopes shall not be opened.
  • Harvest Sales shall not be conducted on the pulpit.
  • Processing of anointments below Evangelists shall be centralized at the regional level.
  • Processing of anointments from Evangelists and above shall be centralized at the diocesan level.
  • All parishes must take immediate steps to obtain and maintain Life Policies for their shepherds.

  • VMSE and beyond shall remain strictly for shepherds.
  • All shepherds shall compulsorily pass through the basic and advance shepherds Courses and shall henceforth earn a minimum of 10 credit hours of training yearly.
  • Powerful Evangelical Ministries shall be set up at both the regional and diocesan levels to salvage people from the glamor of perdition.
  • A powerful Inspectorate division shall be set up at the diocesan level to enforce compliance with all codes on accounting, record keeping, internal control system, and Worship service doctrines.
  • Women Councils shall be inaugurated at every state level, encouraged, and supported by every shepherd and every parish. Women’s Council should be promoted, encouraged and supported at the parish, district, regional and diocesan levels. Women shall be recognized for administrative positions such as Parochial Committee Chairpersons, treasurers…etc. They should also be recognized for bible classes officiating and evangelism, but not for preaching or revival. We expect active and positive roles form women councils through progressive retreats, workshops, and evangelism in raising the young ones in Christian ways.
  • Youth Ministry should be recognized on a Regional, State & Diocesan level. The youth are the true future of CCC. Their programs should therefore be embraced. They must be represented in the Parochial Committee. Youth forums and their spiritual fellowship should be promoted at the parish, district, regional and diocesan levels. You must listen to the youth. They should be given opportunities at the parish level to officiate during weekday services and once or twice every quarter on Sundays. Their ministry shall be established at the diocesan level headed by a pragmatic good role model and there shall be effective coordination of programs with the Regional and State Directors. The 1st Saturday of every May is declared Youth Day.
  • Shepherds should dedicate their lives to tendering their congregations. Praying and fasting for them regularly, in seasons and out of seasons for their protection, security and progress. They must identify themselves not only with the spiritual problems of the sheep, but also with their non-spiritual problems.
  • District and Regional supervisors should make their presence, spiritually and physically felt at all parishes through regular visitations and admonitions.
  • Parishes should ensure that their pastoral mission fund obligation is serviced without any excuse monthly to prevent stagnation and chaos in their parishes.
  • Proper accounts and records shall be maintained at the parishes, districts, states and diocese. Failure shall receive citation and sanction.
  • The Shepherd is the representative of the Pastor at the parish level and is, therefore, in charge of the parish both spiritually and administratively.
  • Elders who are not properly dressed in full robe for Sabbath day Worship Service shall not be allowed to sit in the altar or file behind those who are properly dressed.
  • A diocesan Panel shall be set up immediately to review the USA Diocese’s Bye-Laws.
  • Finally, love and peace must be allowed to reign supreme in all parishes, districts regions and the diocese.

    The lord is our Shepherd
